| Are all items shown on the site made personally by you? |
 Yes! I personally design and create all seen on the site. I am a self-representing artist and make lampwork glass beads in my studio. To build the finished jewelry pieces, I identify top quality metals and beads to complement my own glass beads, then design and create what you see here. |
What are your credentials? |
 I have enjoyed doing something artistic through all phases of my life. I hold a MBA and bachelor of arts degree in Accounting. In 2005 I discovered lampworking while searching for unique beads to include in my finished jewelry designs and instantly fell in love. Initially self-taught, I have also studied under some of the top lampwork artists in the nation as listed on the About me page. I am a member of the International Society of Glass Beadmakers, Lampwork Etc, Wet Canvas and the Hoston Society of Glass Beadsmakers where I currently serve as treasurer. I am also registered as a Self-Representing Artist.

Do you do custom work? |
 Yes. I will accept custom orders that I feel I can make the order to the quality standards I make all my designs with. If I feel I can't, I will decline the custom order. I do enjoy receiving input from shoppers on what they would like to see!

What forms of payment are accepted? |
 All payments must be made via PayPal. Through PayPal, you can pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or directly from your own bank. |
I don't have a PayPal account. How do I sign up for one? |
 Go to https://www.paypal.com and follow the instructions on the Home / Get Started page. Note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal.

Is PayPal free to use? |
 It's free to sign up for a PayPal account or to make a payment. You can also transfer funds from your bank accounts to your PayPal account at no charge.

Is PayPal a secure way to send a payment? |
 Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Do I need to pay sales tax and if so, how much? |
 Texas residents must pay 8.25% sales tax on all finished jewelry items. If you are a jewelry designer in Texas, taxes may be excluded if you provide a copy of your Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit. You can email a scanned copy to: www.cornerbonny@earthlink.net

 All shipping is via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Please see below for shipping charges (all are in USD): Within the U.S.: $3.00 To Canada or Mexico: $6.00 All other countries: $9.00
Please note that the above amounts are for the U.S Postal Service shipping charge only and do not include any fees for duties, customs or other fees that may be incurred for international shipments. |
Do you ship internationally? |
 Yes, however there may be fees associated with international shipments. Any fees over and beyond the cost to ship to another country via U.S. Postal Service First Class International Mail will need to be paid for by the buyer. If upon review of customs information for your country it is determined the item(s) cannot be shipped to you, your purchase will be immediately refunded in full. |
Is the shipment insured? |
 Insurance is included at no charge on items over $100 USD. Beads and jewelry are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. |
What if my purchase breaks? |
 All lampwork beads are carefully kiln annealed for durability. The finished jewelry is created to ensure it can be worn without worries and all items are meticulously packaged so they arrive safely. Should something break or come apart within 90 days of purchase, please send an email to cornerbonny@earthlink.net to let me know and get a return address. Then return it and it will be replaced or repaired free of charge. You will need to cover the shipping fees to return and Iwill cover the shipping fees to send it back to you.

| What are the return and exchange policies? |
 If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it in new condition within 10 business days of purchase for a full refund to your PayPal account. You will need to cover the cost of the return shipping fees. Please be sure to include the reason for return and to pack it so it arrives back safely.
